Dear,
I'm planning to deliver diesel to customer vehicles directly using mobile fuel stations.
customer will order for fuel from their mobile application and we go to the customer and deliver the fuel.
what are the required documents, certificates, and permissions that I need to have to start this business.

As far as I know, it is a crime to deliver petrol/diesel in cans by petrol bunks and there is such stipulation in appointment order/dealership agreement.
