Regarding release of increment held up due to requirement of typing test for the post of aso in afhq

I have already passed typing test for Tax Assistant in CBEC during CGLE 2014, therefore, can I be exempted from the requirement of passing typing test for release of annual increment ?

Typing test is conducted to examine and test the capability of the candidate.

You may undergo the examination as per the procedure of your department.

You have not have not posted complete facts. Generally, appointment is made only on passing typing test or ,rather, computer proficiency. why typing test in your case? Please post complete facts.
