Regarding rectification deed

Hi all legal advisers, Good Evening.

In Main Document - Executant and Claimant both died.

My Question is - How to execute Rectification deed?

Both Executant Legal heirs and Claimant Legal heirs will execute rectification deed or any other option?

Pls answer.. Thank you for your advice inadvance.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the process of executing a rectification deed when both the original executant and claimant are deceased. Legal heirs of both parties can execute the rectification deed. Specifically, the legal heirs of the deceased executant can sign the deed on behalf of the deceased seller in favour of the legal heirs of the deceased buyer.
