Hi,
I need expertise suggestions to get the passport to my wife.
Before marriage my wife having the passport with her native address and there Surname.
Now I would like to have her surname changed to mine and also address needs to be changed.
For Address proof,My wife having bank account with new surname i.e. after marriage we opened account.
Will this be sufficient for address proof document?
Please help.

The Passport authority may also ask the marriage certificate, if not got prepared please get it prepared. You may get the name entered in the Ration Card and also get new Voter I card also.

if u have the marriage registerd u can show the marriage certificate to the authorities and amend it otherwise u can make marriage affidavit on her name notarised by notary public.
