Regarding passport and emmigration

Dear Professional collegues,

Passport was issued for one year for a person having a legal case by passport office with no conditions . This was issued as per court having given permission for issue of passport.  No endorsements made on passport.  No bail conditions that such person should obtain court permisson prior leaving country.

In above circumstanes, will be emmigration authorities will ask for court permission from that person while leaving the country as passport validity is for one year.

Pls advise.

Dear Narayana

I assume that person is going on a Visit / Tourist Visa for a short duration (one/two months) with a confirmed return ticket.  If this is the case, then Immigration will not ask him / her any question and he / she will have a smooth passage.  Bon Voyage!!
