My friend sonia wants to know the procedure to make a medical card for medical expenses . She has gone through number of surgery and she pays five thousand per month in medicines. That's why she wants medical card as her parents died and she is has no independent source of income and she is unmarried. so can see get medical card and what is the procedure to follow..

The Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) card is issued to the central government employees and pensioners and their family members. The eligible family members include spouse, dependent children up to the age of 25 years, dependent parents, and unmarried daughters.
If your father or mother was a government employee, you can get the benefits as stated above.
