If a accident done by a person who have no license no harm done to anyone in that accident but car was totally damaged. Car owner claim insurance by saying he drive and did accident and got 2lak is this a criminal activity?
If I complain about this what will happen.
Insurance claim is to indemnify the insured person for the damage of his car in an accident. Surveyor prepares report and thereafter claim gets approved. However making false claims is an offence u/s 420 IPC.
Regarding accident - It is an offence u/s 279 IPC to drive vehicle rashly on public place.
