Regarding house broken by district Town planner department

The property has been demolished as it was illegal. 

Every building must have proper permissions/approvals by the competent authority.  Without such legally valid permission, no one can construct houses as they like as such actions adversely affect planning.  However, the demolition without issuing notices is not proper.  Contact a local advocate for a remedy if the demolition was done by the authorities without jurisdiction or without serving notices.
