Regarding Gratuity!!

Hi sir,

I was worked for a company more than 7.5 years and it's been more than 5 months now to follow regarding gratuity but i am not getting any reply from my employer regarding the same. It's seems that they don’t have any intention to pay my gratuity. Can you please advice me the legal process I have to follow up. And what all documents i should have to initiate the same.

Dear querist,

You can serve legal notice to your employer for payment of gratuity in 30 days, if employer does not comply with notice the complain to the Controlling Authority of your area.
