Regarding gpa

Hello

I'm new to this forum.  Recently  I bought one Flat, which I'm looking to sell after some time when ever i will get good profit.

I heard with out registration we can do GPA, so that during selling time I will get some percentage back to me which I spend for GPA.

Is it correct, if so what are the future problems can possible if I go for GPA rather than registration. Could you please help me in this regard.

thanks

krishna

dear friend you have some misconseption in your mind.

GPA is General Power of Attoney by which you give rights to someone to attend Registration Procedure on your behalf.

GIving GPA to purchaser does not mean transfer of property. its mare right to act on your behalf.

You dont get any persentage back of stampduty on execution of GPA.

and why are you avoiding to execute deed of transfer or sale deed and how can purchaser accepts possession without registration of sale deed>???
