Regarding gpa

Hello

I'm new to this forum.  Recently  I bought one Flat, which I'm looking to sell after some time when ever i will get good profit.

I heard with out registration we can do GPA, so that during selling time I will get some percentage back to me which I spend for GPA.

Is it correct, if so what are the future problems can possible if I go for GPA rather than registration. Could you please help me in this regard.

thanks

krishna

Krishna,

Don't listen these kind of news. It's all fake.. You do only registered transanctions, even though the gpa also. If u didn't go for registration you will not have any right on the property. Only registered documents can prvble the ownership. And i suggest you not to go for GPA
