Regarding getting voterid details

Hi,

For one of the land issue we need to prove my grand father's name and other details, so question is can we get his voterid details along with photo may be around 1990's?

Alternatively can we get previous ration card details as well?

What would be procedure to get these in tamil nadu?

You may have to verify the voters' list pertaining to the year 1990 from the revenue department by filing an applicaiton to the Tahsildar and also can follow the same procedure to obtain the details of the ration card pertaiing to the deceased.
