Mutual Consent Divorce is, everyone knows, is good. But the atmosphere here in this case appears to me to be not in its favour. He must pay an ugly price.

ONce your marriage is proved to be null and void, the question of taking a Divorce cannot and does not arise as nullifying a marriage means it never took place in the first place.
