regarding extent of ipc

sir i wanna know that if a crime is committed in USA ambassy which is situated in india...nd if murder is committed in ambassy no one out side of ambassy affected by this crime...when can ipc apply on that crime???? I mean could me punish them accordingly to our law???

as per your query embassy is situated in india and ipc applicable to whole of india.

bt ma'am i want to know that as embassy is given right to other country....so in this view can we handover the culprit to that related country??? or first we punish him nd after that handover to another one to punish him
