Regarding Dead on Records

what if a person who is dead on records , for example, a person like Lal Bihari from mrithak sangh, murder someone when he is dead on records, but in real he is alive? will he be prosecuted? or the case will be nullified? if he gets prosecuted, what's the procedure to prove him alive at first?

Report the matter in writing with full details known to you, as a complaint from whistleblower to District Supdt of Police.  Wait for a month and seek information on action taken on your complaint.  Now it is not difficult to identify the person as he must be having AADHAR.
