Regarding a local tailor shop

I gave a churidhar for stitching..he didn't give any bill and he fixes a rate of himself approximately...in case of any alterations he hurts a lot..I thought it's not a meaningful amt he have gotten...for simple work he is charging more and more

Ha Ha Ha....you cannot force him to charge less it is his skill and he charges for that. There is not fixed RATE LIST for tailors. JUST CHANGE THE TAILOR

but every one bound by court proceedings if the tailor is proffesnal by business name then he should have the bill book can't deying for billing if he doesn't give you same than u can take action because everyone businessmen who maintain by well name also fill the income tax return every year ...so please check his trailering business well named aur brands .. than tell me
