regarding 498A FIR

1. The first thing you need to do is to file for anticipatory bail under section 438 of the CrPC. 2. Approach the high court under section 482 of the CrPC to quash the FIR. Only go if you enough proof and evidence. 3. File an FIR against your wife for a false 498A complaint.  

 

1. the police will register the FIR on the statement of the wife,

2. the outcome/acceptability will be determined by the Court
