Hi My wife has filed false 498 against me and my family but we got bail. Now she is approaching the women forum for the same? I want to know how does this affect my case ? What can women forum do to my case ...also please let me know can I apply for a new job in the public sector while my 498 is on ? I have already filed for divorce. What other steps can I take now? Please suggest.

My opinion is –
She might planning for DVA.
This won’t effect on your new job.
Please change your address in a different a jurisdiction/city and don’t disclose it, not even your lawyer.
Apply for new job from there showing that address as your present address to be in safe side.
They can serve any copy for any further cases.
