Reg housing laws?

Hello law professionals, just wanted know that under which act or section of Maharashtra housing laws any resident of that society can access the documents related to maintaince works can ask with managing committee? (as residents pay for the maintenance works)
Also let me know the act/section number?

Sir suppose managing committee is not disclosing the documents for which a resident requested them to disclose it. That's why I want to know if there are any section mentioned in Maharashtra housing laws that mc is bound by laws to disclose information?
