Reg.copy of oral argument

Respected Sirs,

                 My friend (The Respondent) is facing a Domestic Violence case.  In this case

the wife of my friend (The Petitioner) accused the Respondent in an attempt to muder case and

filed a FIR u/s 294(b), 307 IPC, Sec. 4 of Women Harrassment Act 2002.

               Few days back, the Petitioner lawyer has made his Oral Argument in the DV Case and

the Court asked to file the Reply Argument  of the Respondent.  Now the Petitioner requested his lawyer

to get a CA of the Oral Argument.  But the lawyer says that is not possible to get a Copy of the

Oral Argument.

         Here my question is :

     Whether the Respondent is able to get a Copy of the Oral Argument or not?

Please clarify.

Quick Summary
This discussion concerns a respondent in a domestic violence case who wishes to obtain a copy of the oral arguments made by the petitioner's lawyer. The respondent's lawyer stated that obtaining such a copy is not possible as oral arguments are not formally recorded. The clarification sought is whether a copy of oral arguments can indeed be obtained, especially when they are not recorded as a formal statement but are noted by the judge.

The oral argument is  not recorded on file as a statement, it is heard by judge and he make some notes for the judgment, however if parties submitted any document or written argument only for that you can get a certified copy;
