Is CD must to grant an anticipatory bail in 498A case with few more sections (DPA 3 & 4 and 506)?
It is the case filed on all family members, all A2 to A5 got AB, A1 is waiting for AB, but my lawyer is saying that H'ble judge postponed to tomorrow(evryday same message) because CD not recieved yet, this is the same message from lawyer for last 25 days.
how long it will take to accept/reject my bail petition?
If it goes this way, what are the other ways to get bail?
how RCR petition helps in defending 498A case? 498A is counter blast to my RCR notice, how many times judge allows my absence in RCR hearing. If RCR is dismissed what are the ways to defend the 498A case?
what is the best time to go for quashing?
