.3 summons under wrong address have been issued against my name. judge has ordered munaidi this time. so i will appear this date. and i know she will be entitled to a maintainence amount..
what happens if i refuse to pay her.? if i have to go jail.so for how much time?
does the amount matters in deciding the term of jail? does the pending amount gets cancelled if i spend jail?

Kashish Dhiman  20 April 2019What about the pending amount... Like complaint has been lodged 15 months back and court orders interim maintainence now as 5000.so the 75000 is total till now. And i say i have started earning now so from now on i can give but i cant give the previous amount
