rectification deed

how to rectify registered sale deed as sellers are no more and there was typing error in the deed.please guide urgent.

U contact seller lrs and explain them the situation and ask their consent to rectify the instrument.if they refuse or deny then file suit against them in competent court of law court will order to rectify if u go to court it takes time don't worry

Show the document of Sale Deed to a local prudent lawyer and proceed as advised.

You may file a declaratory suit , if seller is already expired and your lawyer has opined for the same. 

What is mistake / error, if it do not change the basic of the deed, ignore / avoid it?
