Hi,
I wanted to know if recording telephone conversation on a cell phone or landline is illegal or not?
I recently got to know that my boss at office secretely records the telephone conversations that he has been having with his subordinates using a digital recorder.
Experts please let me know if its legal to do this or not?

It is illegal and if you want to record somebody phone you have to take the permission of concern govt authority. If you want you can filed the complaint in police station but before complaint you have to collect all the necessary proof for that.
