Received a damaged product

I have purchased a rockwell deep freezer and received a damaged Product like dents on top and loose locks and they have mentioned in their shipping policy if any breakeage and damaged happen they will solve the problem so what i do if they are denying it.

Seller is responsible to sell good genuine product buyer shud beware about product.
