Rebate of land conversion for public temple

First, make an application for conversion of land with a blueprint and show in the plan the exact area of the temple and show the vacant area for plantation (Orchards).  .   As more than 50% land is covered with a plantation, the collector may be having discretion.  Also, let the villagers submit a petition through local elected MLA or MP to the collector for such permissions.

Land & Land Revenue is a State subject. Each State has its own norms.
