You can practice on the Intellectual Property side. But the Registrar of Trade Marks, Patents, etc are not located in you place. So you have to depend on other professionals.

Again to practice on the Patents side it will be better if you qualify to be a registered patent attorney.

under the patent ordinance 2005 only science graduates eligible to apply for the patent examination. after passing the same one can qualified to practice as a patent agent.
