Rape Case

I just wanted to know the procedure "How a rape case can be transferred in fast track court" ?.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the procedure for transferring a rape case to a fast-track court in India. It references Chapter XXXI, Sections 406 to 412 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, and Article 139A of the Constitution of India. The consensus suggests that without specific facts, the query appears to be a general question about the legal framework for case transfers.

What are the facts? What is the context?

Dear Venu sir,

Since no facts were correlated in the post, presumably it is just a question paper, nothing more than that.

Thanks & Regards
