Quick Summary
This discussion offers advice for individuals entering their first judgment writing competition. Participants are encouraged to consult existing LCI articles on judgment writing and to read a wide range of judgments, ideally from different court levels within the same case, to gain a comprehensive understanding.

There is a full-fledged article on LCI on judgment writing. You may use the search option on the top right of the page. You will get good help from there.

Mam,

Read the judgments, the more the better. If you can access judgments from lowest to highest court in the same cause, it will help in forming a holistic view of varied dimensions of the courts.
