dear experts,
about start doing cross examination of the opp party in a DV Matter suddenly their counsel taken adjournment by saying recently filed 498 A and irregular payment o
f maintenance. we intiated OP has not submitted the bank details and as of now not submitted the income affidavit submit. than judge ordered both the parties should submit within 10 days. but as per the guidelines petitioner has to submit first and respondent will be provided 4 weeks of TIME.if respondent has not submitted as per the guidelines what will happen? Maximum the court will grant whatever the petitioner is demanding? is it correct. how to handle the Situation.

The court has already stated to have given 4 weeks time to file income affidavit to both parties.

There is neither any illegality nor infirmity in the order passed by Court, which may be assailed.
