Quetsions for CS interview

have an interview for CS 15 months training ..........i have been told that they are going to ask company law provisions ...can anyone tell me how to remember them mmmmmmm.m gud wid graspingmmmmmmm .and m aware of the facts of sections .........but wen a direct section no. is quoted and provisions are asked ,, confusion haunts me and i fail to recall.... have a big prob wid sections .kindly guide me............

same problems for most of the students persuing profrssional courses..... my suggestion is under the concept and try to remember the section for example

1, The forms v shd need to file to ROC during incorporation is as fallows F-1, 18, 32

So next time if any one ask the question relating incorporation u can easily tell the requirments i,e form 1, 18, 32

Concerntrate. Just join the company secretary office for few days who is practcing, so you can get practical knowledge, if you do this you will defiantely remember the sections. Practical knowledge is different from therotical.
