Recently i got a message from my Uncle that someone form my relative (long relation) have filed a case against our famliy.I relayy dont know about law.it was some summons, i checked online on ecourts-it stated as
UNDER ACTS UNDER SECTIONS
CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE 7
also when checked about hearing it stated as below.any one can please explain what this act says,
Business ;before the court both parties and their adv.absent
Next purpose; W.S and Say
Next hearing Date ; 15/06/2022
what does WS and say means and advice what should i do.
will this summons affect my passport procedure ?
