Shall I file discharge/quash petition in High Court, Andhrapradesh after the "Examination" stage?.
I got Chargesheet of my 498a but we got call for Examination in next week only. So, time is very less. Shall I do iit after the judge "Examin" the all accused persons?

Quashing may not possible when the case is in examination / evidence stage.
It is recommended to file quashing with speedy trial.
