Sir,
When approached for interviews , after completion of interview everytime the interviewers ask me to submit Photo copy of PAN,Adher, copy of certificates of all qualifications including my professional qualifications. Every time they also ask me to carry original documents with me for cross verification.
My queries to the senior fellow experts are:
1.Does all the referred documents are truly required because i think for identification proof Adher is sufficient & the copy of certificate of last professional qualification(eg LLB/CA/CS) aught to be sufficient?
2.Does it really necessary to carry all the original documents with me every time ? I think cross verification is not at all necessary? Self attestation of photo copy is sufficant.
3. Now as data piracy is a very frequent practice does a person refrain himself from submitting all the referred documents(even photo copy)?
