Query on police verification

At the time of applying for a job, which address was mentioned by her? If she resided at that time at Midnapore, the police verification will be at Midnapore; otherwise, at Kolkata.

Has she furnished attestation form? if so, verification would be on the basis of the information furnished.

It depends on the address she furnished in her affidavit in this regard, hence first clarify that.

Whether the applicant has mentioned her marital as well as residential status /address in her application ?

She should contact concerned passport authorities.

In her form she mentioned her status as 'Married'.. Also mentioned her husband's name. In address column I have no idea  on which address she mentioned.

I only know that as her husband's house is  situated at very interier part of Midnapur so she for job purpose resides at her father's house.

The police verification report will be from the police station falling within the jurisdiction where the address given in the form falls.

To my knowledge and understanding, the verification would be based on the place(s) the candidate has stayed during the past 3 or 5 years as stated in the attestation form or similar statement submtted.
