Can I marry my maternal uncle's daughter in law's sister ?

Hello, In some communities, there is a practice/tradition to marry a maternal uncle's daughter. So verify with your community's elders about such practice/tradition. If it is allowed then you may marry.

Except prohibited relationship by Hindu law you can marry anybody.
