If relatives refused to give death certificate to minor children of deceased..What procedures shall the custodian of minors adopt to obtain such certificate?? pls suggest suitable section to file a complaint..

Quick Summary
If relatives are withholding a death certificate from minor children, there are legal avenues to obtain it. A death certificate is considered a public document and can often be accessed through E Seva Centers or the Registrar of Birth and Death by paying a small fee. This guide will suggest the appropriate sections for filing a complaint to secure the necessary documentation.

A death certificate is a public document, which most of the authorities uploaded to the website, and can be obtained from any E Seva Centers/Registrar of Birth and Death, by paying a nominal fee
