Query

Respected All, Trademark Licensor has executed trademark license agreement with Licensee. Apart from right to use of trademark on license basis, Licensor has also authorised Licensee to give franchisee through Master franchisee. Licensor has made such provision in the license agreement. Here my query is, whether on the basis of such provision in agreement, can licensee give franchisee? Thanks in anticipation.

Yes, if the agreement speaks and authorise the licensee for granting further franchise.

If the Licensor has authorised Licensee to give franchisee through Master franchisee in the afore mentioned agreement, then certainly licensee can do so.
