can a woman filed DVC in India, while the offences took place at USA. I have come across a jyudment by J.Sambhaji Shinde Mulund Magistrate. Can any one clarify my douobt.

a immovable property ( residential Flat)was in name of husband and wife.husband passed away in 2006 leaving behind major two daughters and one son ,subsequently wife approached society in 2008 for transfer her name in society share certificate ,Further society transfer the share certificate in the name of wife only in annual general meeting 2008. Then Wife sold the property to third parties vide registered agreement without consent of other legal heirs (son) in 2015.The deemed conveyance of particular society has been awarded in 2018.Now has the present owner clear title right of residential flat legaly , if not then what should be additional documents executed for getting proper right as society has transferred the name of share certificate in name of third party (purchaser in 2014)
