Quashing of fir

You will have to file a petition under S.482 of Criminal Procedure Code before the jurisdictional High Court for quashing the false F.I.R. registered against you and others.

Since your query is incomplete and without detail, I tell you two ways for getting unfettered from false charges-

1. File an application to the magistrate in your jurisdiction under section 239 of CRPC.

2.File a petition  in the high court under section 482 of CRPC.

Use the above two suggestions as per your case requires.

FIR can be quashed if merits favour accused.

you need to move under section 482 crpc.
