Quash

Thank you so much Sir !

I also have another question - Can a case filed under sec 420 & others of IPC be quashed as there is no limit to file a chargesheet . Is there anyway that there can be a quash done , if yes , is there a time limit to get the Quash filed . Does this also mean that the case will be withdrawn against the accused once the quash is done .

Appreaciate all your help  . Thank you so much once Again !

FIR can be quashed anytime before the Chargesheet is filed. After that quashing is termed as quashing of the Chargesheet and the proceedings arising therefrom. Both are done u/s 482 CrPC.

Thank you so much Sir ,

I also wanted to ask , whats the exact procedure to file a quash  If its a case bank fraud or a dowry case , or a Domestic Violence , road accidents . Can a quash be filed for all of these or only a case booked under sec 420 & others of Cr.PC . Does filing a quash mean that the case wil be closed or withdrawn by the oposite party forever .

Your inputs will help me a great deal Sir . Appreciate all your help !
