I instructed my peon on phone to apply for a certified copy . I told him writ petition number and name of parties. He asked the spelling of corporation. I told him the spelling but he could not follow and to know the spelling he obtained a computer inquiry report from the High Court , though my senior clerk as well as hundreds of friends were available to tell him .......!
Otherwise my peon is very smart and tallented.
