Purchse of land

In which place and State?  Whether the SC/ST land is own land or assigned land?

The individual GOS are made dpending on states and in that states, some districts, and some local areas.   You have to file RTI application to Collector and seek information under RTI Act.

Information solicited:

1.Please provide me as to whether there are any legal restrictions for purchasing a property at survey no..............in village belonging to Shri.................a ST category person, who wishes to sell his land for his necessities .

If there are such restrictions, registration is not possible, as the system is programmed not to accept such registration after computerization.

Please post the material facts.

Local laws apply for purchase / sale of land earmarked for SC/ST Category persons.

It is advisable to consult a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts/documents, professional guidance and necessary proceeding.

hello sir/madam, ek case hai jasme party ne apne old business aur famliy relation ko dekhte hue ek plot ki deal ki wo bhi oral or without written document ke ab wo deal se palat raha hai..aur deal ke paise bhi wapas nahi kar raha hai...ab isme kya ho sakta hai legally action .....plz suggest
