Purchase of roof.kindly advice.

Dear All,

Now a days I am in process of purchasing a Roof of 2nd floor for construction of  3rd floor in Delhi. I want to know is the 3rd floor construction is legally valid for in delhi or not?

Secondly I want to know the owner is not selling me the roof rights for 4th floor. Please advice in future at the time of selling what problems will come if seller don't sell me the rights for 3rd floor (roof above of floor built by myself)  & how will I proceed for the registration of this roof or ready built floor.

Also tell me the points which I have to keep in mind which will create problem in future for this type of deal.

earlier property was registred thru GPA & after that property registred thru registry please advice this can be also problemetic in future or not?

please advice on priority basis.

1. Transaction of sale for third floor is valid in Delhi.

 

2. There shall be no problem in future if localiiy is reserved for the purpose you desire means residential. he floor of 4th floor is an independant unit and owner of that flat has a right tto sell it withoutt your consent.
