Can a land which comes under Gram Panchayat purchased? What are the procedure to be following while purchase and what are the future consequences of the same?

if ur the agricultureist u can purchase the land.u have to go through the 7/12 exatrct and ferafar and zone cerificate of the said land. .n then u have to enter into and sale deed with the owner and the same is to be registered in the ragistartion office.
