Namaskar to all,
i have business of construction and Human resource outsourcing in govt sector.Now Deepawali festival is coming and i want to gift mobile phones to all my employees.
In that case, if i purchased mobile and gift to all my employees, I am eligible to get input tax credit or not.
or kindly guide any way for same.

If all mobile put to use furtherence of business can be eligible for input tax credit otherwise not.

You are not eligible to avail ITC since you are gifting the mobiles to your employees.
