now my mobile,worth around 8k
is in maharashtra from a august,since perosn not formmated it,I can track location
he used his and his wife sim on 8 august ,I got just update sms that somebody used ur sim in CEIR portal
local crime psi called the person who used his sim in my lost mobile on his sim number, he simple said he dont know who used his sim
after that exact time psi called later my mobile he never used or connected online ( can anybody plz tell me legal term for chor ki dadhi main tinka?)
27 july I travelled to maharastra to trace his details,exact location where he stayed etc I taken
I gone to local police station shikrapur,pune ,they said u have to transfer complaint from hyderabad to here then only we can take action,I said can u take zero fir etc ,they said no
1) as recovery of mobile another thing I want is complaint about polcie inaction but can I file complaint in delhi court as my lawyer stays in that area? I can give authority letter and medical proof that I am not sound health
2) is there way I can force local shikrapur police to take urgent action?
