By executing only isar pawati (un registered ) i e Paying some amt in advance for purchase of land  can any body claim for this after 27 months , if land prises gone twice thrice during this period ? If not ruling may be provided . The main pt is purchaser did not approach seller during this period for the sell deed for his benifit . please answer .
