Good morning sir,
Q1. Public servant MRO made a incorrect document with intention to suffer. Can I file case agaist MRO for framing incorrect document under section 167 IPC or any other sections. Police not responding regarding my complaint against MRO. Pls suggest me to solve the problem and how to proceed against the MRO if police not registered the case? Thank you sir.

You may try lodging an FIR. If not possible, you may approach the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. However, the Court may insist upon obtaining sanction in terms of Section 198 CrPC.
A better and alternate option is to approach a Civil Court and claim damages/compensation.
