Public prosecutor is not co operating

We filled 420 cheating case. Public prosecutor is not co operating . Evidence stage is completed. Cam we ask the court that as complaint can we argue oral and submit written statement.

Under which section can we make application to participate directly in oral and written argument.

Quick Summary
If you've filed a cheating case and the public prosecutor is uncooperative, even after the evidence stage, you may have options. While you can't prosecute the case yourself, you can engage a private lawyer to assist the public prosecutor, with the court's permission. This lawyer can help present your case effectively and ensure your voice is heard during oral and written arguments.

If this is a state prosecuted case your role is completed after giving complaint and then after deposing evidence before trial court.

You cannot prosecute your own case since it is a police case.

You can engage the services of a local lawyer to assist the prosecution but he also cannot argue on behalf of the public prosecutor

When you find PP is non-cooperative, you (Victim) can engage a private lawyer to represent him/her to assist the PP with permission of the court.

Well analysed and advised by learned expert Mr. T Kalaiselvan, I endorse.

It is advisable to seek professional services of a local prudent lawyer with relevant record for proper appreciation of facts / documents and necessary guidance.
